Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality product releases
• Define and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Conduct and oversee manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications
• Perform and supervise smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing
• Develop, implement, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and ensure timely defect resolution
• Maintain and improve QA documentation, including test reports and release notes
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
• Provide production support for test issues reported by clients
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members

Requirements

• BE/BTech/BSc in CS/IT
• 4+ years of experience in QA activities
• Proven experience leading a QA team in a product-based environment
• Expertise in manual and automation testing
• Strong experience in Smoke, Integration, Functional, and Regression Testing
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and other automation tools
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web/mobile technologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective leadership and communication skills
