About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents to ensure regulatory and agency compliance
  • Perform detailed record reviews of electronic records, reports, and documentation
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure adherence to established quality and certification standards
  • Document findings and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Collaborate with team members and provide training to support incident prevention
  • Maintain objectivity, confidentiality, and sensitivity during all investigative processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, law, criminal justice, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting investigations (disability services experience preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting record reviews
  • Ability to become a certified Abuse and Neglect Investigator as required by the state
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Access to a personal vehicle for required travel
  • Ability to pass satisfactory background checks
