QA Governance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end system testing processes to ensure quality, stability, and reliability of technological solutions.
• Monitor adherence to testing guidelines and standards while tracking tool usage metrics.
• Supervise the quality, reuse, and stability of automation frameworks (internal or vendor-provided).
• Ensure the integration of testing processes into CI/CD pipelines and define quality control points.
• Drive Continuous Testing practices aligned with Agile and DevOps models.
• Identify and promote the use of AI in QA, including assisted test case generation and intelligent test prioritization.
• Coordinate with Testing, Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tester or QA Engineer.
• 1+ years of experience as a QA Lead or Testing Lead.
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing (regression, performance, volume).
• Knowledge of automation strategies, frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience using test and defect management tools such as Jira, ALM, or Zephyr.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of applying AI to the QA process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the financial sector or highly regulated environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
