QA Functional and Automation Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute manual and automated software testing activities for core banking systems
• Execute and report on planned tests, manage defects, and regress software fixes for new and existing products
• Assist development teams with replicating and debugging problems
• Develop new test solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery in a global financial services environment

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software testing
• Hands-on experience with automation scripting using Selenium and Cucumber
• Proficiency in RTC or JIRA is required
• Strong experience working within agile methodologies
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with messaging frameworks such as IBM MQ or Kafka
• Familiarity with TOSCA or Playwright
