QA Facility Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead operational Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Direct and supervise quality specialists and technicians to ensure daily production standards are met.
• Manage the quality hold program and partner with operations to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive customer complaint reduction by analyzing trend data and prioritizing strategic actions.
• Oversee net content execution to ensure compliance with volume and weight targets.
• Monitor and assess the performance of quality systems, reporting effectiveness to management.
• Support GMP, HACCP, and FSMA compliance through floor coaching and best practice implementation.
• Drive improvements in facility Quality Metrics and KPIs to meet yearly business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the dairy or frozen food industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
• Proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across multiple departments.
