QA Engineer - VOIP

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive functional and non-functional testing of VoIP applications
• Validate backend APIs to ensure correct data handling and process integration
• Use specialized tools to measure and evaluate the quality of voice and video transmissions
• Conduct performance and stability testing to assess application scalability under different network conditions
• Develop and execute automation test scripts for both mobile UI and backend API testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on Agile processes
• Provide detailed reports on defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas of improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven QA experience in the voice and video communication industry
• Hands-on experience with products such as Zoom, Webex, WhatsApp, or Telegram
• Experience in automation testing for mobile UI and backend API
• Proficiency in backend API validation techniques
• Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing methodologies
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong English communication skills
