QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality digital experiences through both automated and manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Participate in internal initiatives to support and develop the overall QA practice
• Act as a champion for quality best practices within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure product excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing (web, mobile, and API)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for test development
• Experience with E2E automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both French and English
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Experience with various testing types including black-box, white-box, regression, and smoke testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing API and integration tests using mocking frameworks
• Familiarity with XML and JSON structures
• Basic experience with API automation tools like Postman, RestAssured, RestSharp, or GraphQL
• Experience testing mobile applications using emulators or cloud testing tools (e.g., Browserstack)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
