Responsibilities

• Define and implement a QA strategy, test plans, and best practices for manual and automated testing
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best-in-class test execution and coverage
• Oversee and execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
• Design, implement, and manage automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain test scripts for APIs, UI, and database validations
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing within the agile development lifecycle
• Implement and track QA metrics such as test coverage and defect density

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in software testing
• Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database testing (PostgreSQL or RDBMS)
• Experience in API testing using Postman or RestAssured
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Proficiency with JIRA or TestRail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services (Fund Administration, Wealth Management, or Banking)
• Exposure to AI
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience with security testing and compliance-driven QA frameworks
