About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints by receiving, registering, classifying, and performing initial assessments and containment actions.
- Lead problem-solving processes using methodologies such as 4M, 5Why, and Fishbone Analysis.
- Conduct on-site investigations, sampling, testing, and data analysis to identify root causes.
- Develop, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in collaboration with Production and Engineering teams.
- Maintain customer complaint databases and perform trend analysis to prepare monthly and quarterly KPI reports.
- Develop and implement process quality management systems, including SOPs, work instructions, and related training.
- Participate in quality risk assessments and product validation for new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or Customer Complaint Handling.
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC 650 or above) across speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct technical investigations and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks under time pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the food industry or manufacturing of packaging materials and consumer goods.
- Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9001, ISO22000, FSSC22000, or BRCGS.
