Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in QA, validation, or testing
Strong experience testing and debugging Windows client operating systems and PC platforms
Hands-on experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues at the system level
Experience testing device drivers, firmware, and Windows platform functionality
Proficiency with Python scripting or automation
Experience using Windows debugging tools such as WinDbg
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience validating Microsoft Surface devices or Windows OEM hardware platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft Test Technologies (MTT), WHQL, or HLK
Knowledge of GPU technologies, graphics systems, or PC gaming platforms
Experience supporting Python-based test infrastructure
