QA Engineer Manual/Automation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated UI tests using Playwright and TypeScript
• Develop and maintain backend/API automated tests using .NET, C#, REST API, and xUnit
• Perform exploratory, regression, and functional testing across multiple applications and services
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and comprehensive testing documentation
• Validate integrations between distributed microservices within a microservices-oriented architecture
• Work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure quality across the SDLC
• Support testing activities in AWS-based cloud environments
• Analyze issues, report defects, and support troubleshooting activities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in software testing
• Hands-on experience with UI test automation using Playwright and TypeScript
• Practical experience with backend/API testing using .NET, C#, REST API, and xUnit
• Strong manual testing expertise, including exploratory and regression testing
• Knowledge of AWS cloud environments and PostgreSQL
• Understanding of microservices-oriented architecture
• Proficiency with GIT (GitHub)
• Upper intermediate English level (B2)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of test reporting and monitoring tools
• Experience applying GenAI within the SDLC (prompt patterns, tool integrations, or defined workflows)
• Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows
