Responsibilities
- Analyse current workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes using CMMI, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 27001:2022 frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes and enhance usage of project management tools
- Define KPIs and build dashboards to track process health and outcomes
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive process adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or draw.io
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
