Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated test results for accuracy and completeness
• Perform manual, exploratory, and edge-case testing on complex workflows
• Own QA strategy, test planning, and risk assessment for your agile squad
• Write and maintain automated tests using Playwright and Page Object Model (POM)
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot to accelerate test coverage
• Report defects and collaborate with development and product teams throughout the SDLC
• Triage complex application issues in collaboration with Customer Support

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a QA role
• Strong foundation in manual and automated testing
• 2+ years of experience with Playwright or modern frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO
• Proven ability to create test plans and define release readiness strategies
• Familiarity with Xray or similar test management tools integrated with Jira
• Strong proficiency in Jira for bug reporting and sprint management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience specifically with Playwright
• Experience testing Salesforce-based applications
• Familiarity with Salesforce debugging logs
• Prior experience in legal technology or document management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration
• Knowledge of AI testing concepts like hallucination detection or confidence scoring
