QA Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Write, review and execute test plans and cases throughout the development life cycle
• Develop automated tests for important test suites and setup those under CI/CD
• Help maintain internal tooling, scripts, and automation pipelines
• Monitor and maintain daily automated regression runs
• Participate in scrum team refinement sessions and provide end-user perspective feedback
• Take ownership of small projects or components

Requirements

• Mandatory internship certificate from your university
• Availability to work full-time for six months
• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Basic understanding of quality assurance processes and software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Knowledge of Windows system administration
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, Android, and/or iOS
• Proficiency in at least one coding language (C#, C++, Python, Java, or Kotlin)
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience through personal projects, internships, or open-source contributions
• Experience in DevOps topics like container orchestration or CI/CD
• Knowledge of German
