QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own quality sign-off for production-ready deliverables including HTML emails, digital banners, and websites
• Test HTML email campaigns across major clients, browsers, and devices
• Validate digital banners for rendering, functionality, and tracking implementation
• Review websites for responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility compliance
• Develop and execute test cases for AI-powered applications and LLM outputs
• Verify API responses, JSON outputs, and integrations supporting AI applications
• Plan and execute regression testing cycles for applications and AI models
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure defect resolution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Production QA
• Experience testing web applications or digital marketing assets
• Proficiency in cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Experience with email testing tools like Litmus or Email on Acid
• Knowledge of accessibility testing and WCAG compliance
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Workfront, or Linear
• Ability to perform API and JSON response validation
• Basic automation testing experience using Selenium or Playwright

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience validating AI-generated content and LLM outputs
• Understanding of prompt-based applications and AI workflow testing
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs against brand and compliance standards
