QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile environment adhering to all QA best practices
• Create and maintain test plans that complement Product Owner user stories
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and re-testing
• Analyze product requirements to ensure a risk-based testing approach
• Write test cases and scenarios, manage bug tracking, and perform test reporting
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global locations (Europe and Americas)
• Contribute to automation efforts and identify cross-functional development dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 2–5 years of strong experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong theoretical knowledge of software testing and QA processes
• Hands-on experience with test plan creation and traceability matrices
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile
• Ability to create functional automation scripts using Playwright or similar object-oriented frameworks
• Time zone flexibility to support stakeholders in Europe and the Americas

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to the travel domain or experience testing GDS/booking systems
• Experience using Azure DevOps Test Plan for test management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
• Understanding of software development infrastructure and CI/CD processes
