QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and re-testing within an Agile environment
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans that complement Product Owner user stories
• Analyze product requirements to ensure a risk-based testing approach
• Write detailed test cases and scenarios, manage bug tracking, and perform test analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global locations (Europe and Americas)
• Identify and communicate cross-functional development timelines to minimize potential blockers
• Contribute to automation efforts using object-oriented language-based frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field
• 2–5 years of strong experience in Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong theoretical knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes
• Hands-on experience with low-level test case creation, test plans, and traceability matrices
• Ability to create functional automation scripts using frameworks such as Playwright
• Understanding of software development infrastructure and CI/CD processes
• Flexibility to work across different time zones to support European and American stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to the travel domain, including experience with GDS or booking creation systems
• Experience using Azure DevOps Test Plan as a test management system
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
