QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create test cases and test plans based on product requirements in an agile environment
• Ensure test readiness including design, infrastructure, data, and environments
• Drive test automation for both frontend and backend
• Plan and optimize testing processes and strategies
• Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Oversee releases through to go-live and final test reports
• Contribute to QA strategy development, including AI-supported testing methods
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers

Requirements

• Experience in mobile testing (Android and iOS) using Android Studio or XCUI
• Proficiency with Playwright or Selenium for web application testing
• Extensive experience in software development (Java or Kotlin) with a focus on QA
• Experience with cloud environments and container technologies
• College degree in a STEM field or comparable professional experience
• Very good written and spoken German and English (C1 level or above)

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB certification
