Responsibilities

• Create test plans and test designs
• Execute manual test cases and report bugs
• Participate in requirement definition and specification reviews
• Design, implement, and operate UI and API test automation
• Analyze test results and propose quality improvements
• Collaborate with development teams for bug investigation and resolution
• Conduct load and performance testing as needed
• Explore and implement AI-driven QA processes

Requirements

• Basic knowledge or practical experience in software testing
• Experience or strong desire to learn UI or API test design and execution
• Ability to work proactively within a team
• Native-level Japanese or JLPT N2 equivalent or higher
• Conversational English proficiency for internal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation using Playwright
• Experience with Linux environments
• Experience using AWS or GCP
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA
• QA-related certifications such as ISTQB, JSTQB, or CSTE
• Background in Computer Science or related fields
