QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for mobile applications, APIs, and backend services
• Perform manual and automated testing for Android and iOS applications
• Validate AI-powered features including chatbot functionality, prompt validation, and hallucination detection
• Create and maintain mobile automation frameworks using tools like Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest
• Test REST APIs using Postman, ReadyAPI, or Rest Assured
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps

Requirements

• 5+ years of software Quality Assurance experience
• Expertise in mobile application testing (Android and iOS)
• Hands-on experience with mobile automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Selenium, or Cucumber)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Groovy, or C#
• Experience with API testing and SQL for database validation
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing AI/ML-enabled applications and LLMs
• Knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with cloud-based device testing platforms like Browser Stack or Sauce Labs
