QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement analysis and test case design
• Execute tests and report bugs in JIRA
• Validate bug fixes and manage the full STLC cycle
• Automate test activities using appropriate tooling
• Review user stories and ensure well-structured test cases
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure high software quality

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Functional Testing
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience with Selenium or Cypress
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Service and Hospitality domain
• Exposure to mobile automation tools like Appium
