QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance
• Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and plans based on business requirements
• Conduct Functional, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Perform API testing to validate request/response functionality and data accuracy
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before production releases
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, defect reports, and testing status reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience in Manual Software Testing
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, System, and UAT testing
• Working knowledge of API Testing using tools such as Postman
• Experience testing mobile applications on Android and/or iOS platforms
• Proficiency with bug tracking and project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
