QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and support supplier qualification and new material qualification activities, including risk assessments and documentation reviews.
• Manage incoming material quality control and support end-to-end supplier management processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct site audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to investigate, resolve, and prevent quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier process capability and overall quality performance.
• Manage incoming supplier-related non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Utilize statistical methods to improve process control and quality performance.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System requirements, applicable regulations, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in supplier quality management, supplier development, or quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of supplier qualification, risk assessment, and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and managing supplier performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
