QA Engineer – Automation Testing

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for mobile app UI and backend services
• Implement structured, reusable, and scalable automation test cases for Android and iOS applications
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support agile development cycles
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify testing needs and ensure comprehensive coverage
• Conduct API testing across protocols including HTTP and gRPC to validate backend behaviors
• Analyze automation test results and logs to debug and resolve failures efficiently
• Contribute to performance testing strategy and script design as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in mobile UI automation testing using Appium or equivalent frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG
• Hands-on experience with API testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating test scripts into build pipelines
• Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable test code
