QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end QA validation across the entire platform, ensuring stability for Botim, PayBy, and mini program ecosystems
• Validate changes introduced by mini programs, including impacts on user identity, messaging, payments, and integrations
• Conduct cross-module and cross-system impact analysis to prevent regressions across the platform
• Execute regression, smoke, and exploratory testing under continuous change environments
• Validate integration flows between mini programs and backend services, including APIs and event-driven processes
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to clarify fast-evolving requirements and identify potential risks
• Track, analyze, and report defects with clear impact assessments on platform-wide functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven QA experience in large-scale platforms, mobile ecosystems, or fintech systems
• Strong understanding of system integration, cross-module dependencies, and platform architecture
• Hands-on experience in backend API testing and end-to-end workflow validation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or fast-iteration environments
• Excellent analytical thinking and risk identification skills
• Strong English communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience validating mini programs or plugin-based platforms
• Experience with automation testing at the API or integration level
