QA Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and review Supplement Facts panels, labels, QA/QC specifications, and Master Manufacturing Records to ensure accuracy and production readiness
• Maintain supplier qualification files and track supplier documentation status
• Assist with Amazon compliance documentation and regulatory information requests
• Coordinate quarantine material, destruction lists, and quality tracking records including holds and releases
• Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities by preparing documentation and tracking action items
• Assist in planning, executing, and documenting internal audits according to the company schedule
• Input and verify quality-related data within MES, ERP, and other electronic quality systems
• Escalate quality, compliance, or documentation concerns to QA management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in QA, QC, Regulatory, Compliance, or manufacturing support
• Working knowledge of cGMP documentation practices and controlled records
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 111 dietary supplement requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and use in-house systems such as MES, ERP, or document control software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documents for accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in science, food science, nutrition, or a related field
• Experience in a dietary supplement, food, or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience with label review, product specifications, or supplier qualification documentation
