About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle product complaints received from the customer service department
- Initiate, process, and send notifications as required by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Interact with customers and customer service to acquire information for complaint investigations
- Evaluate complaints for regulatory reportability and submit compliant reports
- Write, investigate, and ensure timely submission of complaint investigations
- Review and approve complaint investigations submitted by other team members
- Collaborate with other departments to address technical issues and conduct thorough investigations
- Initiate applicable Corrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPA) plans
- Maintain accurate product complaint logs via internal database tracking systems
- Ensure all paperwork for complaint folders is complete
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences
- 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations or a cGMP environment
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and ethical standards
