QA Automation Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform QA procedures to ensure consumer and trade-facing information systems meet company standards and end-user requirements
• Plan, manage resources, and execute tests for customer-facing web and other systems
• Partner with IT teams to ensure issues are addressed professionally and promptly
• Support the business by maintaining quality standards across customer-facing platforms

Requirements

• Experience testing web applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and understand business requirements
• Proven ability to create and execute test plans and test scripts
• Knowledge of software development and testing life cycles
• Working knowledge of business process analysis and related practices
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong command of methodologies, tools, best practices, and processes in QA
• Valid US passport and willingness to travel between company locations
• Availability to work standard business hours (9 am – 6 pm, M-F) with possible overtime and weekend work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Mercury Test Director or Mercury Quality Center
