QA Automation + Manual Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the complete QA process including requirement understanding, test case design, execution, and defect triaging
• Lead and execute manual and automated tests for UI, API, and iOS-based applications
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured, Karate, and Appium
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency
• Generate detailed status reports on testing progress, defects, and risks for stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, strategies, and documentation
• Collaborate with business owners to ensure requirement clarity and provide project updates

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing
• Proficiency in Selenium for UI testing
• Experience with Postman or Rest Assured for API testing
• Experience with Appium for iOS-based mobile testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and Agile practices
• Experience with defect management tools like Jira or Bugzilla
• Familiarity with Git for version control
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and database testing
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
