QA Automation Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and train QA Automation Specialists, including reviewing PRs and assigning work.
• Lead the development and execution of AI-driven test automation strategies to improve software quality and accelerate release cycles.
• Develop automated test frameworks and suites across UI, API, and Integration levels.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure scheduled and automatic execution.
• Maintain and prioritize the automation backlog and improve test case management tools.
• Investigate and diagnose automation issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Mentor team members and act as a technical leader to promote test excellence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a management role leading automation efforts.
• 10+ years of experience in automation testing (unit, functional, integration, UI, performance, and scalability).
• 10+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or SoapUI.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Javascript, C#, or VB.
• Experience with SQL, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing Software as a Service (SaaS) based products.
• Knowledge of the payments industry.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
