QA Automation Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated tests to validate web and mobile application functionality
• Create automation test scripts using Selenium with Java, utilizing TestNG and Page Object Model (POM)
• Plan, construct, and execute comprehensive test scripts and maintain the automation testing framework
• Build test plans, test suites, and both manual and automated test cases for assigned changes
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to achieve shift-left testing
• Manage regression test suites and generate comprehensive test reports
• Utilize JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and work within an Agile environment
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems or application development
• Strong proficiency in Java and OOPS programming concepts
• Expertise in Selenium and TestNG framework using Page Object Model
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Specflow
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server
• B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, or MCA degree from a reputed university
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API testing
• Experience with manual testing
• Exposure to mobile application testing
• Experience with Azure/TFS integration
