QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate functional specifications into thorough test cases and define integration and regression tests
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automation tests using industry-standard tools
• Analyze test results and log detailed bug reports into defect tracking systems
• Provide subject matter expertise in quality engineering and mentor junior QA engineers
• Identify opportunities for automating workflows and implement automation solutions
• Participate in UAT by assisting end users in troubleshooting and replicating issues
• Facilitate coaching and training for non-QA team members regarding quality processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in manual and automation testing of enterprise products using Selenium
• Strong scripting and programming experience with C#
• Understanding of web applications, REST APIs, and databases
• Experience developing maintainable tests for acceptance, functional, and regression scenarios
• Ability to communicate test plans and scenarios across globally distributed teams
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a QA lead on medium to large sized projects
• Experience with JMeter or Microsoft Playwright for stress and automated testing
• Prior programming experience with .Net, Python, or Java
• Relevant quality engineering certifications
