QA Automation Developer

Responsibilities

• Act as the quality guardian for the maZoneCEC platform
• Expand Playwright test coverage across various platform sections
• Ensure reliable test execution within GitLab CI/CD pipelines to block regressions
• Execute structured manual tests and transform them into automated tests
• Contribute to testing best practices and participate in Scrum events
• Use AI tools and Jira to structure and prioritize test coverage

Requirements

• 5+ years in test automation or 3+ years in software development with a focus on quality
• Strong proficiency in code
• Extensive experience with Playwright and TypeScript for e2e testing
• Understanding of modern web architectures (React, Node.js, GraphQL, PHP)
• Knowledge of MySQL and Redis
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or equivalent)
• Ability to write clear manual test cases
• Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira
• Proficiency in Agile methodology
• Fluency in French is essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Nightwatch
• Experience with TestRail or equivalent test case management tools
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate testing workflows
