QA Auditor 2

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, graphical, and dimensional inspections on incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Verify Certificates of Conformance (COC), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and test reports against purchase specifications and drawings.
• Process non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures, including raising Quality Notifications (QN) and managing quarantine.
• Communicate discrepancies in material documentation or products to suppliers promptly and accurately.
• Maintain accurate, traceable inspection records in compliance with ISO/QMS standards and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Update incoming databases daily and generate weekly SAP reports to ensure all inspection lots are captured.
• Coordinate with internal teams for sample collection and urgent material releases to prevent production downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen submissions, to optimize workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Solid understanding of Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
