QA Associate II, Quality

Responsibilities

• Perform Batch Record Review and disposition of raw materials, bulk, and finished products
• Support SUI authorization, reconciliation, and shipping order processing
• Manage material reconciliation, material holds, and X-Batch creation
• Design quality processes and create or modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide shop floor support including GMP walkthroughs, equipment status updates, and cleaning verifications
• Support site metrics capture and facilitate issue resolution for continuous improvement
• Respond to quality events and escalate to management as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of Pharmaceutical Industry Quality experience
• Proven success in quality systems and compliance within manufacturing or plant operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a team-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in a regulated industry
• Experience with SOPs, MBRs, Change Controls, and Non-Conformance Investigation documentation
• Experience with Liquid Dose processing and packaging technology
• Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, and EtQ systems
