QA Analyst & Test Automation Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for web applications.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with C# and the MSTest framework.
• Integrate automated tests within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless deployment.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or RestSharp.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device coverage using platforms like BrowserStack.
• Validate data accuracy through database testing on SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
• Participate in all Agile stages, including PI planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in QA best practices.
• Leverage cloud testing approaches for applications hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of QA experience in medium to large enterprise implementation projects.
• 2 years of hands-on automation experience using Selenium with C# and MSTest.
• Strong knowledge of cross-browser testing platforms such as BrowserStack.
• Proven experience writing automated scripts and integrating them into Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, RestSharp, or similar).
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe Agile frameworks.
• Ability to perform functional, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce (Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce, or Sales Cloud).
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities to enhance testing processes.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Exposure to other automation tools like Worksoft, LambdaTest, or Panaya.
