Responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities for the internal CRM using Python/Django
• Evolve existing modules including clients, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and reporting
• Design interfaces and automate data exchanges with other information system applications
• Participate in data integration from ERP and other business tools
• Improve application ergonomics and user experience
• Participate in testing, bug fixing, and production deployment
• Write clear technical documentation and ensure code maintainability

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+4 in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Significant professional experience in Python development
• Strong mastery of Django or an equivalent web framework
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• Ability to translate business needs into application solutions
• Rigor in code quality, testing, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Celery, Redis, Gunicorn, or NGINX
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID or Power BI
• Experience with Sage or other ERP systems
