About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend functionalities using Python and Django
- Fix bugs and progressively improve existing code
- Maintain data models and PostgreSQL migrations
- Develop and secure Excel imports and exports
- Maintain asynchronous processing with Celery and Redis
- Develop APIs using Django REST Framework
- Write and maintain automated tests
- Participate in code reviews and production deployments
- Provide occasional frontend support
- Diagnose incidents and propose sustainable solutions
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5)
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Django and Python
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and ORMs
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Practice with automated testing
- Proficiency with Git and Docker
- Experience with Celery and Redis
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTMX, and Bootstrap
- Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform)
- Very good level in French and English
