Python & Jenkins Developer Automation/CI-CD

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and services
• Build and manage Jenkins jobs and pipelines for CI/CD workflows
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Jenkins output data
• Implement data pipelines to collect and visualize V&V metrics
• Collaborate with development teams to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery
• Integrate testing frameworks and validation techniques within Jenkins pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Proficiency in Python, Jenkins (Gradle and Groovy), HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
• Proven experience with Jenkins pipeline development (declarative/scripted)
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools
• Proficiency in working with APIs, data processing, and backend development
• Experience building dashboards using Grafana, Kibana, or custom Python frameworks
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Verification & Validation (V&V) processes
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools
