Python Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, instructor-led Python training seminars to finance professionals, investment banks, and consulting firms
• Lead instruction on Python fundamentals, data analysis (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Guide participants through hands-on projects involving financial data cleaning, market exploration, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with the Learning Team to develop and improve curriculum, exercises, and real-world case studies
• Provide personalized coaching, mentorship, and one-on-one tutoring to students during training sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Python experience in finance, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training engagements
• Availability to provide at least 10 training days per year

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field
• Experience with additional libraries such as scikit-learn, Plotly, or SQL
• Previous experience in teaching, corporate training, or university instruction
