Python Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data preparation pipelines using Python
• Optimize data workflows to handle large datasets efficiently
• Preprocess and transform structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for LLM consumption
• Develop, test, and refine prompts to optimize LLM outputs
• Design and deploy secure, performant, and scalable RESTful APIs to host LLM-based solutions
• Integrate APIs with monitoring and logging solutions
• Write comprehensive technical documentation including API specs and data pipeline designs

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience
• Strong Python programming skills for production-grade applications
• Experience with data engineering tools like Pandas, PySpark, or Airflow
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI or Hugging Face
• Proficiency in API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Understanding of API security including OAuth and JWT

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow
• Exposure to streaming technologies like Kafka or Spark Streaming
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
