Easebuzz is a fintech organization that enables online merchants to accept, process, and disburse payments through developer-friendly APIs. The company focuses on building plug-and-play products including payment infrastructure for lending, subscriptions, and eKYC.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex, custom-designed, scalable, multi-tiered software development projects
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Implement security and data protection protocols
• Ensure software quality and resolve any issues regarding the solution
• Collaborate with teams to think through and implement solutions to hard problems

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Python backend development
• Expertise in Python and web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and React-JS
• Strong knowledge of database queries (e.g., MySQL) and ORM libraries
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a single system
• Understanding of Python threading limitations and multi-process architecture
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5 and CSS3
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications
• Ability to create database schemas that support business processes
• Strong unit testing and debugging skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication capabilities
