Python AI Tech Lead III

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures and cloud-native solutions using Python and Azure.
• Lead the development of AI-driven systems, including GenAI tools, NLP tools, and Agentic frameworks.
• Oversee AI model deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable, and high-performing code.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI strategies with enterprise goals.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack and cloud technologies.
• Expertise in AI/ML engineering, including vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic Layer A2A frameworks and MCP Protocol.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other language such as Java or Go.
• Extensive experience with Azure Cloud, including Azure Functions and Azure Container Apps.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LlamaIndex, and LangChain.
• Experience with databases including Azure AI Search, Redis, Cosmos DB, or SQL/NoSQL systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of big data technologies, ETL processes, and data lakes.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular.
