PXM Lead Consultant

Responsibilities

• Define and recommend comprehensive PXM strategies, including roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans for clients.
• Analyze business challenges related to product information management and omnichannel product experience.
• Design and oversee complex PXM solutions integrating PIM, DAM, PLM, and eCommerce systems.
• Lead strategic discovery phases and ensure alignment with executive-level stakeholders.
• Drive PIM platform adoption through planning, training, and change management initiatives.
• Mentor and support consultants across junior, intermediate, and senior levels.
• Support the sales cycle by assisting with scoping, solutioning, costing, and client presentations.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of Valtech's PXM practice and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in PXM/PIM consulting, including strategy definition and implementation.
• Strong expertise in product data management, product lifecycle, and omnichannel experience.
• Hands-on experience with PIM platforms such as Inriver, Akeneo, or Salsify.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery phases and engage with executive stakeholders.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-system solutions (PIM, DAM, PLM, eCommerce).
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and operating models.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and client engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital transformation programs in commerce or product data environments.
• Familiarity with integration architectures and enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience contributing to sales cycles, proposals, and solutioning.
• Professional certifications in PIM platforms or relevant technologies.
• Experience working in consulting or agency environments.
• Exposure to change management methodologies and organizational transformation.
