PXM Inriver Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical consultants to translate business needs into effective data models
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align multi-disciplinary teams on business definitions and requirements
• Produce key project deliverables including process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs
• Drive experience innovation by bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in a consulting or similar business-facing role
• Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising, specifically with seasonality-heavy businesses
• Proven experience with product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM systems
• Hands-on C# experience developing platform integrations
• Strong knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributes
• Excellent workshop facilitation skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English

• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional accountability, collaboration, and time-management abilities
