PXM Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical consultants to translate business needs into effective data models
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align multi-disciplinary teams on business definitions and requirements
• Produce key project deliverables including process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs
• Support product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across various systems

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a consulting or similar role
• Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising, specifically with seasonality-heavy businesses
• Proven experience with Akeneo Implementation
• Experience remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM systems
• Solid knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributes
• Fluency in English (required for collaboration across the Americas and Europe)
• Must be located in Ontario or Québec, Canada

• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills
• A proactive passion for continuous learning regarding business trends
