PXM Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical consultants to translate business needs into robust data models
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align multidisciplinary teams
• Produce key project deliverables including process maps, business requirements, and user stories
• Maintain decision logs to ensure project transparency and traceability
• Support the alignment of business definitions and requirements across the organization

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in a consulting or similar role
• Strong experience in retail or merchandising, ideally within the apparel sector
• Proven experience with Akeneo implementation
• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, including assortment planning and data model redesign between PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM systems
• Solid knowledge of data governance practices related to product and seasonal attributes
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English (required for collaboration with international teams)
• Must be based in Ontario or Quebec
