PXM Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical consultants to translate business needs into effective data models
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align multi-disciplinary teams
• Produce key project deliverables including process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs
• Drive experience innovation by bridging the gap between technology, creativity, and data

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a consulting or similar role
• Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising, specifically with seasonality-heavy businesses
• Proven experience with Akeneo Implementation
• Experience remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM systems
• Strong workshop facilitation skills to align stakeholders on business definitions
• Solid knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributes
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional accountability, collaboration, and time-management abilities
