About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data within HR/PX systems
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes
- Respond to employee inquiries through ticketing systems
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and SLAs
- Collaborate with PX teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or HR roles
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
