Px Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data within HR/PX systems
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes
• Respond to employee inquiries through ticketing systems
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and SLAs
• Collaborate with PX teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or HR roles
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
