PWF Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and man multiple machines within a semiconductor production environment
• Use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily duties and log machine data
• Monitor equipment performance and communicate any discrepancies to the Lead
• Run equipment according to current process specifications and SOPs
• Maintain workstation organization following 6S principles
• Participate in required on-the-job training and certification processes
• Provide clear and accurate pass-down information during shift changes
• Identify and report hazards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts with a biweekly day/night rotation
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate system applications
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and identify abnormal conditions
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or equipment operation
• Experience within the semiconductor industry
